It might not be their parents’ idea of fun, but one of the latest teenage fads is all-night LAN parties, where teens link their computers, down soda after soda and play video games 'til dawn.
The name “LAN parties,” actually stands for local area network parties. Teens who go to them need a couple of basic tools: their own computers with network interface cards, a hub to connect them, and a bundle of Ethernet cables.
